Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the rental services provided by PrimeWay Auto Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or rent a vehicle from us.

To rent a vehicle from PrimeWay Auto Rentals, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Present a valid, government-issued driver's license at the time of pickup.
• Provide a valid credit or debit card in your name.
• Have no disqualifying driving offenses on record.

All rental requests are subject to vehicle availability. Weekly rental pricing is quoted at the time of request and is confirmed upon payment. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking or pickup.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All charges are billed in U.S. dollars.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee equal to one day's rental charge. No refunds are issued for early returns of an active rental.

The renter agrees to operate the vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and agrees that the vehicle will not be:

• Used for any illegal purpose.
• Driven by anyone not listed on the rental agreement.
• Used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
• Subleased or transferred to a third party.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or fines incurred during the rental period, including parking and traffic violations.

Renters are encouraged to carry adequate personal auto insurance. PrimeWay Auto Rentals is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the rented vehicle beyond the limits provided by any purchased coverage. Optional coverage may be offered at the time of rental.

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time, with the same fuel level as at pickup, and in the same condition. Late returns may incur additional charges. Vehicles returned excessively dirty may be subject to a cleaning fee.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
